At Magnitude, we are happy to help our customers that wish to return or exchange goods.

End users must make warranty claims through the distributor or OEM that they originally purchased from; not directly through Magnitude.

Please fill out the fields below in order to receive an Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Web Tracking Confirmation number that can be used to track your web form return submittal. Once the request is received and processed by Customer Care, you will be receiving an email conformation with your official RGA number and a RGA form for download.

Magnitude’s Return Policy

Please review our return policy carefully. Returns are at Magnitude’s sole discretion.

All qualifying returns will result in credit to be used towards a future purchase of Magnitude product.  Magnitude does not issue cash back on qualifying returns. Return credit expires one (1) year from date of credit memo notice to customer after a return is processed.

Returns for defective goods are governed by Magnitude’s warranty policy and must follow Magnitude’s procedure for return credit. Returns for non-defective goods must be in new, resalable condition in original packaging and meet the following guidelines for return credit:

  • Standard goods will be accepted for return credit within 90 days from date of original purchase minus a 40% restocking fee.
  • Private labeled goods will NOT be accepted for return credit.
  • Non-standard goods will NOT  be accepted for return credit.

Magnitude reserves the right to limit or decline returns. Return credit will be issued once product has been received and inspected by Magnitude’s technical support team.
