At Magnitude, we are deeply committed to supporting our customers and the lighting industry through times of uncertainty and change. As market conditions continue to shift—particularly with the recent developments around tariffs and global trade—we want to reaffirm our commitment to price stability and partnership.
To that end, we are pleased to confirm that we will not be implementing any general price increases in the immediate future. However, due to the direct impact of recently implemented tariffs on several components, we will be applying a tariff surcharge of 8.5% on all orders starting Monday, April 28, 2025. Fully released orders received on or before Friday, April 25, 2025 for immediate shipment will not incur a surcharge. The surcharge will be added as a separate line item on your invoice. We have chosen this approach to maintain transparency and avoid modifying the pricing of our products. In the long term, this surcharge is subject to change—or even elimination—based on adjustments and decisions made by the Federal Government. We believe this represents one of the lowest adjustments in the industry and are sharing this information to give you the opportunity to plan ahead.
